A French-programme school of 900 students in Baabda, founded in 1962.

Collège des Cèdres was founded in 1962 in Baabda, in the hills above Beirut. The school follows the French programme from petite section to terminale and teaches the Lebanese curriculum in Arabic, history and geography. In terminale, students sit the French baccalauréat or the Lebanese baccalauréat.

Programmes

Ages 3 to 5

Maternelle

Petite, moyenne and grande section. French and Arabic from the first day, English from grande section.

Ages 6 to 11

Primaire

CP to CM2 on the French programme, with the Lebanese curriculum in Arabic, history and geography.

Ages 12 to 18

Collège et lycée

Sixième to terminale. French baccalauréat and Lebanese baccalauréat, all four series.

  2. Visit the school

    Open days on 21 November, 16 January and 20 February.

  3. Meet us

    A conversation with the child and the parents. Assessment from primaire onward.

  4. Confirm the place

    By 15 March, with the registration fee.
